Applicants to the Licentiate in Theology program are required to upload one major research paper they have written in their Baccalaureate in Theology course work. (STB Research Paper)
Applicants to the Doctorate in Theology program are required to upload a copy of their Licentiate Tesina. (Tesina Research Paper). In addition, they must also submit an essay describing why they are pursuing the doctorate, mentioning the area they wish to pursue in their dissertation. (Doctorate Essay)

Notes:
  1. All fields are required unless otherwise stated.
  2. NA – Not Applicable
  3. Upon submission, applicant will be redirected to the Application portal where the requirements and payment instructions are listed.
  4. Upon submission, applicant will also be given a tracking / reference number. This number is required to view the status of application and/or update your submitted documents.
  5. Applicant is informed to make payment for application fee and entrance exam. Applicant uploads proof of payment.
  6. Secretary informs applicant of date and time of entrance exam.
  7. Always indicate your reference number when communicating with the admissions committee.
